1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Call of Battleground ("the Arena", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment of the booking amount. A confirmation email with booking details will be sent to your registered email address.

2.2 Booking Amount

The booking amount is non-refundable and secures your exclusive slot at our arena. This amount does not include paintball charges, which are payable at the venue.

2.3 Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 No Refund Policy

All booking amounts are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Cancellations made by the customer
• No-shows (failure to arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled time)
• Early departures
• Weather-related cancellations (unless arena is closed)

3.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling is not permitted. Each booking is for a specific date and time slot. If you cannot make it, you will forfeit your booking amount.

4. Age and Safety Requirements

• Minimum age: 15 years
• Players under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Parent/guardian must sign a liability waiver at the venue
• All players must wear provided safety gear at all times
• Players under influence of alcohol/drugs will not be permitted

5. Code of Conduct

All players must:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by marshals
• Wear required safety equipment at all times
• Not remove masks during gameplay
• Not engage in physical contact beyond gameplay
• Not use foul language or aggressive behavior

Violation of conduct rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Liability Waiver

Paintball involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Bruising and welts from paintballs
• Tripping or falling on uneven terrain
• Collisions with obstacles or other players
• Eye injuries (though protective masks are mandatory)

All players must sign a liability waiver before participating. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Arena Rules

• No smoking inside the arena
• No outside food or beverages
• No running in safe zones
• No blind firing (shooting without looking)
• No shooting at close range (surrender rule applies)

8. Equipment

We provide all necessary safety equipment including:

• Full-face masks (mandatory)
• Protective vests
• Paintball markers
• Gloves (optional)

Paintballs are purchased separately at the venue. Damaged equipment must be reported immediately.

9. Photography and Recording

By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you opt for the Pro Recording Package, you will receive a download link to your footage within 24 hours.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
